The Airtourer Association is a group of enthusiasts for the Australian designed Airtourer Aircraft. A related but separate organisation is the Airtourer Co-operative which owns the intellectual property of the Airtourer design and is responsible for ongoing airworthiness. The Airtourer Co-operative has the support of the Airtourer Association and is included in the web site. Please explore our site and share our enthusiasm for a great little aeroplane.

Vale Pat Kelly

Cath Kelly wishes to thank the Airtourer community for the cards, flowers and calls of condolence she has received since Pat's recent death. 

We were all saddened to learn of the passing of one of Association's characters, Pat Kelly. Pat passed away on 15th August in the presence of Cath and the family after suffereing a stroke the previous day. He will be remembered for his great sense of humour and endless supply of jokes. True to his Irish heritage his fine baritone voice was often heard at Association gatherings as the evenings progressed.

Pat's final send off was held at St. Flannan's Catholic Church,  Zillmere in Brisbane on Thursday 19th August. The Funeral Mass included a rendition of Danny Boy, although it didn't seem as good as Pat used to sing it.
